Chair Culture Education

Chair Culture Education is about bringing quality, skills-based education to regional hairdressers, starting in Mackay.

The goal is simple, make it easier for regional stylists to access incredible educators, hands-on learning and real industry connection without always having to travel south.

From cutting and colour to business, social media and beyond, Chair Culture Education will bring a range of educators and classes to our region, with plans to grow into more regional areas in the future.

FIRST UP: SHERIDAN × MAMAWEST

Our first Chair Culture Education workshop lands in Mackay on 22 February 2027.

Sheridan Shaw, founder of MamaWest and multi-award-winning hairdresser and educator, is bringing her fun + foundational hands-on cutting workshop to Mackay for a small-group day of real technique, practical learning and plenty of cutting.
